If the therapist has to cancel, your next appointment will be at no cost to you.
Payment:
Payment is expected prior to the session via cash or check.
Returned checks will have a $30 service charge and future payments will be required in cash.
*Gratuities are accepted ~ at your discretion.

*Your name, address and phone will be required to make an appointment.
*Client will receive a 10% discount off his or her next service for each new client referred that completes an appt.

~Procedures~
You will be informed of the protocol of your selected massage, spa treatment or fitness session prior to your session. Medical and health history will be updated. Notes for preferences, allergies or contraindications will be discussed. At any time during the session the client or the therapist reserve the right to terminate the sesion.
